Since its first publication in 2015, this book has become a bestseller. Famous grandmasters, theoreticians and coaches have attempted to "embrace the unembracing": to highlight and reveal all the most important issues of chess strategy that every competent chess player should have an idea of. Carefully selected and deeply analyzed games and fragments represent a symbiosis of classical, well-known examples and examples from modern practice.

For 10 years, "The Chess Strategy Textbook" was published as a two-volume set, and in the new edition, both volumes are combined into one book. All the games and fragments given are divided into three levels of difficulty; each chapter is accompanied by a list of additional materials for independent study. The textbook examines four important and extensive topics: "Opening" and "Middlegame", "Pawns - the soul of chess" and "Dynamics".

The book is addressed primarily to first-class players and candidates for master, although more experienced chess players will certainly find many useful tips and recommendations for themselves. This work can be used both as a self-study guide and as a textbook for specialized chess schools.
