Viswanathan “Vichy” Anand (December 11, 1969, Madras) is a well-known Indian chess player, grandmaster, FIDE World Champion 2000-2002, chess player number 1 in the world ranking list for April 2007. Anand published a book - “My best games” in 1998 and the revised edition of this book in 2001.
